1) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Every Consumer Customer who makes a purchase on the Site enjoys the guarantee of the right of withdrawal. This right allows the consumer to return the purchased product, without having to provide any justification, and to obtain a full refund of the amount spent. The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit statement of their intention to withdraw from the purchase via e-mail to resi@cupidodesign.com within the 14-day period. Subsequently, the Customer is required to return the goods, using a shipping method of their choice, within the same 14-day period. The goods must be placed back in their original packaging, intact and in perfect condition, complete with all parts and carefully packed to the Seller's address. It is recommended to insure the shipment against theft and transport damage. Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted. The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Upon receipt of the goods and after verifying the integrity of the returned product, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the goods within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products received more than 15 days ago.
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for used or customized products.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that have been made to the Customer's specific request.
- Please note that products included in the Flash Sales - On Offer category/collection are not subject to return.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
2) EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 14 days from RECEIPT of the order to make an item exchange. Contact our Customer Service by sending a message to 0645257063 and send an email to resi@cupidodesign.com along with the order number, indicating which items you want to replace. We will respond within the next 48\72 hours. We appreciate your patience. ATTENTION, CUSTOMIZED EXCHANGES (custom sizes, frames, etc.) ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Once you have received the exchange instructions, place the items back in the original packaging including cardboard, bubble wrap, and corner protectors. Contact your trusted courier and ship with INSURED shipping. You can choose to use our courier service active only for exchanges and with different costs depending on the size of the shipment; in this case, you will be sent a label to print and attach to the package, and our courier will pick it up.
3) RETURN ADDRESS To find the nearest return address, contact our customer service at resi@cupidodesign.com and you will be provided with the address to make the return. Note: please do not send your return to the address that appears on the received package. This is not the return address and would affect the process. By purchasing from us, you accept all the following conditions.
4) DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR SHIPPING-DAMAGED ITEMS In case the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us; our company has 30 days to collect it from the date it was received. Contact our Customer Service by sending a message to 0645257063 and send an email to resi@cupidodesign.com along with the order number. Once you have received the return instructions, place the items in their original packaging including cardboard, bubble wrap, and corner protectors. If this item has been in your possession for more than 5 days, it is considered used and NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. NB: In case the product arrives damaged or incorrect, the intact or correct product will be shipped again. Only afterwards will it be possible to proceed with the return, provided it is not customized.
ATTENTION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT MADE FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS and/or IN FLASH SALE • You will not be able to opt for any refund or replacement if you made an error when entering the shipping address. • If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. • All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and YOU MUST PROVIDE the shipment tracking number and the specific reason for the return. • If you ship an item over 75 euros, A traceable shipping service MUST BE USED WITH the purchase of shipping insurance • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
NB. Cupido Design will not consider refund requests from those who have not yet received the order. If the customer, for any reason, no longer wants the purchased item or items, they must wait for delivery and comply with the conditions we have listed.
5) LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially sent. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at resi@cupidodesign.com
6) GIFTS If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
