PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Standard processing times vary from 24 to 48 hours. For framed orders, it may take 1 or 2 days longer after your order is processed.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items, while delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipping chosen.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link allowing you to track your order throughout its journey.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding, as all products are made to order at the time of purchase. We will do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Once you receive the tracking email, delivery to Europe usually takes 2 to 5 days. However, there are some circumstances that may cause delays in delivery, such as remote areas, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand and strikes. Please note that we do not accept complaints regarding delivery times.
