Shipping times

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Standard processing times range from 24 to 48 hours. For orders with frames, 1 or 2 additional days may be required, starting from order processing.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items, while delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipping chosen.

If you have not received your product within 10 working days of the order, contact info@cupidodesign.com. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link that will allow you to track your order throughout the journey.

NOTE: since the efficiency of each post office varies, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers: if you notice any delay or retention from your tracking, contact us immediately.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding, as all products are made to order at the time of purchase. We will do our best to prepare the order as quickly as possible. Once the tracking email is received, delivery in Europe usually takes 2 to 5 days. However, there are some circumstances that may cause delivery delays, such as remote areas, adverse weather conditions, high demand periods, and strikes. Please note that we do not accept claims related to delivery times.
