Shipping times

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Standard processing times range from 24 to 48 hours. For orders with frames, 1 or 2 additional days may be required, starting from order processing.

Please note that during the Christmas period, processing and delivery times may increase by an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the items, while delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipping chosen.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link that will allow you to track your order throughout its journey.

NOTE: since the efficiency of each post office varies, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers: if you notice any delay or holding from your tracking, please contact us immediately.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding, as all products are made to order at the time of purchase. We will do our best to prepare the order as quickly as possible. Once you receive the tracking email, delivery in Europe usually takes 2 to 5 days. However, there are some circumstances that may cause delivery delays, such as remote areas, adverse weather conditions, high demand periods, and strikes. Please note that we do not accept claims related to delivery times.
