How do I make a purchase?
To purchase our products just add them to the cart and follow the guided procedure, the procedure consists of 5 steps:
1Step: Select the product to purchase
2Step: Open the cart at the top right of the page and click on check-out.
3Step: Enter your First/Last Name and email address, enter the shipping information (if you have entered it before it will appear automatically), accept the privacy policy and click SAVE (this operation may take more than 1 minute to load, so please click and wait patiently).
4Step: Choose the payment method between credit or prepaid card (including postepay), PayPal, bank transfer, installments with Klarna (interest-free) or cash on delivery
5Step: Accept the terms and conditions
6Step: Click on complete order, then a final page will open to complete the payment and confirm the order.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order through the track code you received by email from our courier, if you can't find the email please check your spam folder, for any further info you can contact us via email at info@cupidodesign.com.
I need help but all support channels are not responding, why?
our customer service is not 24/7 but is active from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00, the chat is live so you will receive assistance in just a few minutes while email response times can be 1-2 days.
What are the delivery times for an order?
Delivery times are 24-48 hours from the shipping confirmation email. You will also receive an email and an SMS from the courier with the track code to monitor the delivery status.
What happens if the courier cannot deliver the product?
In case of problems with the delivery of your order (e.g. wrong address, customer absent at the first and second attempt, cash on delivery amount not available, etc...) you can ask for explanations directly from the POSTE ITALIANE - SDA courier by contacting your local office, if you encounter further problems you can contact us via email at info@cupidodesign.com, our staff will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
I need to know the price and availability of a product, how can I do that?
You can find out the price and available sizes of any product directly on our online shop, if you have difficulties you can type the product name in the search bar. If you want to know the price of a product seen on Facebook or Instagram you can send a private message directly to the pages in question and they will reply as soon as possible.
