We at CupidoDesign want you to be happy with 100% of your purchase. If something goes wrong, whether it's a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will take care of fixing everything: you can choose between a refund or a free replacement, depending on the case. Write to us and we will handle the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

Orders

Haven't you received the order confirmation?

If you have placed an order but have not received the confirmation email, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly. Write to us at info@cupidodesign.com: we will check if the order was received and, if necessary, correct the email and resend the confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have been successful, so contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicates.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel the order before it is shipped, contact us by phone immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough time to stop processing, as our team ships very quickly. If the order was placed on the weekend or outside business hours, we invite you to write to us by email (you can find the contacts on the Contact Us page).

Shipments

What are the shipping times?

Standard processing times range from 24 to 48 hours. For orders with frames, 1 or 2 additional days may be required, starting from order processing.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items, while delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipping chosen.

If you have not received your product within 10 business days of ordering, contact info@cupidodesign.com. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

For orders below the above thresholds, the following shipping costs apply: 

Country / region 

Italy: 2-4 business days

Europe and UK: 4-8 business days

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a email with the tracking link. Make sure to also check the spam folder, as sometimes emails end up there by mistake.
